
My goal as a massage therapist is to
facilitate and teach all my clients the health benefits of massage therapy as
well as to increase its awareness as an effective and safe approach to achieving
optimal health. I believe massage therapy best suits my personality as I
am enthusiastic, energetic and highly motivated.
While studying massage therapy I became
more and more fascinated as to the mechanics of our body and how muscles and
nerves are required for every bodily function. My approach to massage
therapy includes all facets of wellness including proper diet, postural and
clinical assessment, the importance of exercise, stress management and
chiropractic care.
I studied to two intensive years at one
of Toronto’s most recognized private schools, Sutherland-Chan. This is
where I focused on deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, principles of
sport massage as well as dealing with the body’s #1 worst enemy - STRESS.
A few of my outreach programs include working with spinal cord injuries,
pregnant women and the elderly.
I welcome all patients to massage
