When you feel great while you’re awake, it's usually a testament to how well you are sleeping. Adolescent / teen growth and development depend on healthful sleep. Sleep deficiency can be linked to some increased heart blood vessel disease. Kidney disease, high blood pressure, diabetes and mental health issues are evident too, even stroke can be linked to sleep disorders. In addition to physical and mental health symptoms that develop over time, sleep deficiency can lead to causes of instant harm such as car accidents or other events that can occur as a result of over tiredness or falling asleep at the wrong time.
